  • Prescription Processed

    If suitable, your prescription will be issued and prepared by our team.
  • Delivered to Your Door

    Your treatment plan will be dispensed by our licensed Australian pharmacy partners and delivered within 7–14 business days.

If you are an existing member and are still unsure about what program or treatment to take on next, book a consult with our medical team , as they will guide you on what are your best options to continue with your health journey.


If you are clear on what program (previously known as BUNDLES) you want to adopt, select your program and book a doctor’s consult so our team can help finalise your order.

Prescription treatments will no longer appear publicly on our site, but rest assured: they are still accessible to you via your approved program.

Why is BIOV8 changing the way it operates?

Due to evolving regulations and our commitment to clinical excellence, we are shifting to a more robust model where every treatment is part of a guided health program.

Will I still be able to access the medical solutions I’m currently using?

Yes — existing treatments will still be available via your personalised health program, pending doctor review.

Why can’t I see certain products on the website anymore?

 Schedule 4 (prescription-only) medications are now only accessible through a practitioner consult, in line with TGA guidelines.

Do I need to book a doctor consult now?

Yes, all new treatment plans now start with a medical screening and consultation.

What if I have questions or need help?

Our member care team is available via email, chat or phone to guide you every step of the way.

Will this cost more?

 Our focus remains on affordability and accessibility. Doctor consults are part of your program, and prices for medical solutions remain the same.

If I’ve ordered and completed a consult recently and have had no changes to my health, am I eligible for a repeat script?

Yes, if you’d like to continue with your existing treatment and have not had any changes to your health, please email our care team at care@biov8.com.au and our nursing team will assess your request. To be eligible, your most recent consult must have taken place from March 1st onwards. 

What do I need to do if I have an existing order?

Your existing order will continue to be processed as normal.

  • If your order includes prescription medication and you haven’t yet completed a doctor consult, please book one as soon as possible, as your order cannot proceed without it.
  • If you’ve already completed your consult, no further action is required — your order will be fulfilled without any changes.
