    COVID-19 Shipping Update

    Despite the impact of COVID-19 in Australia, BIOV8 Clinic are still ready and able to deliver your orders. To ensure the health and safety of our patients and the delivery employees, we have had to make some important changes to the delivery process.

      

    DELIVERY WITHOUT SIGNATURE
    As of Tuesday the 24 March 2020 all orders will be delivered without a signature. This is to create a safe physical distance between our patients and the delivery employees. Your package will be left in a safe place at your shipping address, if this cannot be done, it will be taken to the local post office/collection centre for you. For updates on the location of your package please see your tracking number.

     

    DELIVERY DELAYS
    Due to COVID-19 our transit companies are having delays of 3-4 days from dispatch.  In response to this we have now changed the shipping dates from the pharmacy to Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only, to ensure all parcels reach their destination within a timely manner. Please expect slight delays and call 1300 MY BIOV8  if you have any questions or concerns.

    Please do not be concerned if there are slight delays in delivery, and know that your medication will always be packed accordingly to cater for a possible extended travel time. BIOV8 Clinic appreciates your understanding and consideration towards our delivery partners during this challenging time.

    Shipping costs

     

    All orders are charged a flat postage fee of $25.

    Shipping timeline

     

    Our aim is to get your order to you as quickly as possible and keep you in the loop through the entire process. This includes providing you with a tracking code once your parcel has been placed for delivery.

     

    Once your script has been prepared by one of our medical team it is sent directly our compounding pharmacy, who will dispatch the package within 1-2 business days of receiving your script. 

     

    Due to delays caused by COVID-19 our courier delivery guidance times are now approximately 2-5 business days depending on your location as well as the current situation.

     

    Track your order

    Check your email. You will receive emails regarding the status of your order at the email address you entered during checkout. Tracking information is typically emailed within 24 hours after your order ships.

    Once the order is dispatched it is no longer BIOV8 Clinic’s responsibility.

     

    Packaging

    With BIOV8 various orders will require specific storage requirements and will be packaged accordingly. Upon receipt of your package, for the safety and efficacy of your medication, it is very important that you store it according to the instructions provided in the package as soon as possible. Once the package has been delivered you are responsible for use and storage of these goods. BIOV8 Clinic is not responsible should your product break, be stored incorrectly, or not used within the expiry date.

     

    Split Shipping

    BIOV8 orders may be shipped from our warehouse or from our compounding pharmacy. As such some orders may come split into multiple packages depending on stock availability, which means you may receive your order over separate packages each with a separate tracking number. Once you receive all your packages and you are still missing items then please contact customer service who will be happy to assist. 

     

    PO Boxes

    BIOV8 Clinics are unable to ship orders to PO boxes at this stage, as such you will need to use an alternative address. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

     

    International Delivery

    BIOV8 Clinics ship orders within Australia and to New Zealand.  Delivery times to New Zealand are usually within 5-10 business days. Delivery times may vary due to the current COVID-19 situation. You’re tracking number sent to your inbox allows you to keep a constant update on your parcel’s delivery status.

    Once the order is dispatched it is no longer BIOV8 Clinic’s responsibility.
