OUR RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
BIOV8 Clinic provides compounded prescription medications. According to Australian health regulations, once the products have left the compounding pharmacy they are no longer considered to be in saleable condition, even if they are unopened. Based on this fact, and for safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges any products that have been dispatched from the compounding pharmacy.
Need to cancel your order?
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. If for any reason you need to cancel your recent order please contact us on by phone on 1300 MY BIOV8 or email us at care@BIOV8.com.au. We will action your request as soon as possible, however if the order has already sent to the pharmacy for compounding, the order cannot be cancelled.
Customers will have time from there purchase to discuss there treatment plans with Doctors, and make changes as necessary. Processing time after a doctors consult generally takes less than 12 hours before it is sent to the pharmacy. Any request to cancel a processed order after it has been sent to the pharmacy for compounding will unfortunately not be possible as the order moves quickly into production and are 'made to order'.
Problem with your goods?
We know every order is important which is why we will always make sure your goods are packed securely and dispatched correctly. Should your order be incorrect, faulty or missing an item please shoot our team an email at care@BIOV8.com.au as soon as you can so we can rectify the situation. In your email provide your name, contact number, order number, detailed description of what has occurred (including a photo if applicable). It is our priority to fix any issue as soon as possible.
Who is responsible once your package is dispatched?
Australian Consumer Law states that all risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the consumer once the package has been dispatched. When goods are in transit the responsibility falls to the courier company.
BIOV8 Clinics will always endeavour to ensure that your goods are packed securely and dispatched undamaged. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost in transit please email us directly care@BIOV8.com.au
BIOV8 Clinic will not be responsible for issuing a refund or covering any loss or damage, and it is important that you lodge your relevant complaint to the courier company as soon as possible for investigation. BIOV8 Clinic will always support you with the appropriate documents required to substantiate your claim.
Any uncollected orders will be the responsibility of the recipient. BIOV8 is not liable for any loss, damage, or spoilage of compounds resulting from delayed collection or failure to refrigerate promptly upon deliver.
BIOV8 has a Right to Refuse an order
BIOV8 Clinic and our medical team have the right to refuse to prescribe to any client. This could be for any reason deemed by the prescribing physician including any contraindication with other medication or if they deem it unsafe for any reason. In cases where the physician decides against prescribing, you will receive a 100% refund on that medication and will be eligible to also receive a full refund of your entire order. Should this occur we will ensure you are assisted by a member of our support team.
BIOV8 Clinic understandably will not tolerate hostile customers who threaten or harass staff members in any way. If a client is deemed by BIOV8 Clinic to have committed harassment in any way, we reserve the right to cancel the order and/or issue a refund, and pursue appropriate legal action.
Sale of Products
To be eligible to be prescribed and purchase products from BIOV8 Clinic, as detailed under Australian law, you must first register and complete our confidential medical questionnaire to become a client. To order you must be over 18, the owner of a valid debit or credit card, be the purchaser of the goods and have on record a valid prescription from one of our registered physicians which we will provided to you by BIOV8 Clinic upon approval of the order.
Once your product has been delivered to your address, you are responsible for these goods. BIOV8 Clinic is not responsible should your product break, be stored incorrectly, or not used within the expiry date.
Fraudulent Information
By registering an account as a client with BIOV8 Clinic, you agree to provide the most truthful and up to date information. If you choose to falsify your identity, or any personal information on your account, you are committing fraud and can be subject to legal action.
Availability & Price Disclaimer
Products that are available on our site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to adjust price or availability without notice.
