Regulations in Australia require that any treatment involving prescription medicines be managed through a registered medical practitioner. BIOV8 has updated its model to ensure all care is doctor-led and compliant with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) guidelines.
Yes. Existing patients can continue with doctor-approved care plans following a practitioner review.
Australian law prohibits advertising prescription-only medicines to the public. Those items are available only after consultation with a registered doctor.

Ordering & Delivery
Following your consultation, if a doctor prescribes any medication, it will be dispensed by an independent, licensed Australian pharmacy and shipped directly to you. Delivery details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
No – for safety and traceability, prescriptions are shipped directly from the dispensing pharmacy.
No. BIOV8’s medical services are available only within Australia.
Consultations & Fees
We currently take Visa, Mastercard, Zip Pay & Afterpay.
Doctor consultations attract a standard professional fee, which is disclosed at the time of booking. This covers your practitioner’s time and clinical review.
At present, these consultations are privately billed and not eligible for a rebate.
Prescriptions
Your Script will be sent directly to our pharmacy partners. If you require a duplicate copy (no further copies will be issued), please email care@biov8.com.au
For prescription orders, pricing includes the consultation fee — with no hidden costs. Our medical team will review your assessment, discuss appropriate options and dosage, and answer any questions during your consultation. If your order is cancelled after completing a consultation, the consultation fee will be retained.
Shipping
Some postcodes for Western Australia, Northern Territory and some parts of Tasmania, will be 2-3 days delivery even via express post. If an order is held in a Toll depot, this is guaranteed to be kept refrigerated.
All compounds going to business addresses, need to have the ‘’Name of Business’’ before the recipient's name and address. The recipient is required to collect and refrigerate the delivery as soon as possible. BIOV8 will make every attempt to support an efficient delivery process by sending updates on delivery status either direct or through our courier partners, however it is the responsibility of the recipient to coordinate timely collection.

Any uncollected orders will be the responsibility of the recipient. BIOV8 is not liable for any loss, damage, or spoilage of compounds resulting from delayed collection or failure to refrigerate promptly upon deliver.

Please ensure that the business is aware of the delivery and that someone is available to receive it. If the order is not collected in time, we cannot guarantee the product's quality or safety.
All orders include complimentary express shipping with a 1-3 business day delivery time from dispatch. Our shipping partners may vary depending on your location and your prescription.

For prescription orders where the product requires to be shipped using cold chain service, we will pack items in a small esky with your product labelled to you, dosing card information, and the required amount of syringes for injectable products. Your product will be shipped using express methods via Australia Post, Toll or an equivalent Courier with a 1-3 business day delivery time from dispatch.
No, we cannot offer our services or ship internationally. Customers can only buy our peptides in Australia. Some peptides in Australia require a prescription from a licensed physician. We can only offer our services to individuals currently residing within Australia.
Safety & Quality
All prescription items are prepared and dispensed by Australian-licensed compounding pharmacies operating under TGA and Pharmacy Board standards. BIOV8 does not manufacture or advertise therapeutic goods.
Partnering with licensed Australian pharmacies, BIOV8 ensures high-quality, potent peptides regulated by strict standards. All peptides requiring refrigeration will be carefully packed with ice packs to ensure all your peptides are delivered to you in the premium state required.
We encourage all Australians to obtain any prescription medicine only from licensed medical professionals and registered Australian pharmacies. Purchasing unregulated or overseas products can pose significant health risks.
