What if I don’t proceed with the medical treatment plan?
You will receive a refund, minus the $59 consultation fee, if our practitioners determine that no suitable treatment is available or if you decide not to proceed with the treatment plan.

BIOV8 operates as a health service platform connecting patients with qualified Australian medical practitioners and accredited pharmacies. Prescription decisions are made solely by doctors following consultation. Medications are dispensed by independent, licensed pharmacies in accordance with Australian law.
