My fitness and physique journey began back in high school, where I started lifting weights and navigating the complex world of nutrition and training. At 6’2 and under 70kg (154lbs), all I wanted was to gain weight and improve my appearance!

This desire quickly evolved into something much deeper than an aesthetic one, and my passion for nutrition and training techniques drove me to gain university-level qualifications in sports nutrition and human biology. In turn, my acquired knowledge and experience have enabled me to compete successfully as a Fitness Model, winning my Pro Card in the WBFF.

I have been a personal trainer since 2013, when I began operating out of my own gym facility. I have since transitioned into the exciting world of online training, enabling me to provide a personalised, comprehensive, and supportive approach to coaching for my clients all around the world.

I love the endless possibilities to optimise both nutrition and training, and the transformative power this can have both physically and mentally. I find nothing more satisfying than participating in the continual process of learning, sharing knowledge, and seeing others become the best version of themselves!

My programs are made to suit the individual needs and lifestyles of my clients, in which they will experience both rapid physical improvements and learn to maintain them long-term. I pride myself on having a flexible, personalised, and enjoyable approach to training and dieting, which achieves the best possible results with the maximum possible sustainability.
